Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Proheal Formulations Private Limited, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide a hassle-free experience. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be transparent and customer-friendly.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are only accepted if the request is made immediately after placing the order.

  • If the order has already been processed or dispatched to the vendor/merchant, cancellation requests may not be entertained.

Exceptions

  • Perishable items (e.g., flowers, food items, etc.) are not eligible for cancellation.

  • However, a refund or replacement will be considered if the customer proves that the product quality was substandard upon delivery.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service Team on the same day of receipt.

  • We will process your request after verification by the merchant.

  • If the product you received does not match its description or your expectations, please contact our Customer Service within the same day for resolution.

Products with Manufacturer Warranty

  • For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.

Refund Processing

  • If a refund is approved by Proheal Formulations Private Limited, it will be processed within 1–2 business days.
