Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted if the request is made immediately after placing the order.

If the order has already been processed or dispatched to the vendor/merchant, cancellation requests may not be entertained.
Exceptions

Perishable items (e.g., flowers, food items, etc.) are not eligible for cancellation.

However, a refund or replacement will be considered if the customer proves that the product quality was substandard upon delivery.
Damaged or Defective Products
